Gold Tree is a 55+ community with 295 homes, where residents own a share of the property. We were purchased by our residents in 1999, forming a cooperative (Co-Op). Due to limited vacant lots, we can only sell shares to re-sale owners. The share price is $42,500, and shares are currently available for purchase. Over 80% of residents own shares.

Effective 1/1/2025, our monthly fee is currently $292 for shareholders and $700 for non-shareholders.

This fee includes:

• Access to our premium cable TV and internet services courtesy of Spectrum
• Basic amenities like water, sewage, and trash collection
• Lawn care and upkeep
• Insurance for all community amenities, including the pool and deck area
• A range of recreational facilities, including:

    • Gorgeous heated pool and deck area
